The Promotion is a Prize Draw which will run for 6 days. There will be 1 winner.
The 1st prize is an off-peak accommodation only short break (up to 4 days stay) at Landal Barnsoul staying in Torp 2.0 accommodation sleeping up to 4 people. The prize does not include travel or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The Prize can be booked via telephone via the Landal GreenParks UK contact center.
To enter the Prize Draw you must sign-up to the mailing list on barnsoul.landal.co.uk. The prize draw will take place on Monday 28th February. The winner will be notified by Wednesday 2nd March.
The Promoters are Landal GreenParks (UK) Ltd.
The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Prize Draw is open to all persons over the age of 18 years. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
One (1) entry per participant will be accepted. If multiple entries are received from an entrant, all entries of such entrant will be considered void and will not be counted.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Employees of Landal GreenParks, their agents and families are not permitted to enter.
The Prize Draw opens on Tuesday 22nd February 2022 at 9.00am GMT and will run until 11.59pm GMT on Sunday 27th February 2022 when it closes.
Entries must be received on the website during the times and dates above. Any entries received after this time and date will not be accepted.
The Prize draw winner will be selected at random and will be notified within 2 hours of being selected via email.
The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the Prize within ten (10) days of receiving the notification that they have won. If the winner fails to accept the Prize within this time, then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh (11th) day and a new winner will be randomly selected and announced.
The successful winner will then be announced following the end of the competition and on acceptance of the prize.
Any incomplete or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted.The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the prize draw at any time.
The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
By entering the prize draw, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
The prize draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
The promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
Entry to the prize draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
